Description:The Atlanta Community Food Bank is a nonprofit organization supplying food and grocery items to over 600 partner agencies serving families and individuals in 29 metro Atlanta and North Georgia counties.
Position Description:

The key purposes of the Agency Customer Relations Representative are to provide call center support to partner agencies, to process on-site agency orders, to perform e-Harvest order administrative processes, to process agency order pick tickets, and to perform agency share contribution maintenance support. This position reports to the Customer Relations Supervisor.
Duties:Purposes, Responsibilities and Duties

1 To provide call center support to partner agencies
a. Answer and respond to incoming customer service calls.
b. Reschedule agency pick up/deliver appointments.
c. Serve as a liaison among partner agency representatives, other supply chain staff, and Agency Services department staff.

2 To process on-site agency pick-ups and orders.
a. Host the agency reception room
b. Appropriately address in-person customer inquires
c. Confirm and invoice orders

3 To perform e-Harvest order administrative processes

4 To process agency order pick tickets.
a. Print and review order reports
b. Print and distribute pick tickets

5 To perform agency share contribution maintenance support
a. Process agency credits
b. Account reconciliation (Research A/R concerns)

6. Coordinate Local and Regional Delivery
a. Setup agencies for delivery program
b. Provide staff support to various delivery sites (also coordinate without outside vendors)
c. Work with special projects and/or with other teams within the ACFB

Decision Making Authorities
Rescheduling of agencies for order pickup.
Making arrangements for deliveries with the support of the Transportation Dept

Qualifications:1 Education

a. High school diploma or equivalent required; prefer some college

2 Required qualifications
a. Minimum one (1) years of call center or customer service experience.

b. Working knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

c. Excellent interpersonal skills.

d. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

e. Detailed-oriented, accurate, and demonstrated multi-tasking abilities.

f. Ability to embrace change and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

g. Good problem solving and analytic skills.

h. Working knowledge of basic accounting principles.

i. Type 40 wpm with 90% accuracy.

j. Intermediate proficiency with MS Office (Work, Excel, Outlook) and internet.

k. Minimum of (1) year working in accounts receivable.

3 Preferred qualifications

a. Working knowledge of Macola, e-Harvest or similar software packages

Physical Demands

This position works in an office-like setting. There may be extended periods of sitting, standing and/or bending; listening, talking and/or visual concentration; writing and/or computer use. This position would normally have routine opportunities to alter physical position or change eye focus. Lifting should not normally exceed 25 pounds. Travel within the Metro Atlanta and North Georgia area will be required.
